Salmon Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. milk
    4 slices bread, torn into pieces
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    2 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Cut or tear bread into small pieces.
    Mix bread, milk and margarine; stir in salmon, egg yolks, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into salmon mixture. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Cook uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour.
    Makes 6 servings.
