Aunt Helen'S No Bake Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pre-made graham cracker crusts
    2 (12 oz. size) pkg. cream cheese
    1 large pkg. Cool Whip
    1 (16 oz.) box confectioners sugar
    fruit topping (optional)
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip together with electric mixer. When creamy slowly begin adding confectioners sugar (use entire box).
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour equal amounts into crust.
    Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Top with fruit or chocolate sauce, if desired.
