2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. snipped chives
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, chives, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pepper.
Stir together the buttermilk and oil; pour into flour mixture.
Stir with a fork until combined.
Drop onto a greased baking sheet in 6 mounds. Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
Serve warm.
