Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Bumble Bee chunk light tuna (in water)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. imitation or low-calorie mayonnaise
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. minced green onion
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    36 cherry tomatoes
    parsley sprigs for garnish
Preparation
    Drain tuna. Combine tuna, celery, mayonnaise, chopped parsley, green onion and pepper. Cut tops off tomatoes and scoop out seeds. Turn upside down to drain. Fill with tuna salad.
    Serve chilled on parsley lined plate.
    Makes 36 appetizers.
