"Kentucky Corn Bread" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 small can cream-style corn
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/3 to 1/2 c. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Mix all together. Pour into large black greased skillet. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
