Paw Foots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. hot water
2 lb. ground beef
Preparation

Cook ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Add water to make dough.
Roll out on floured board; cut into circular shapes with knife.
Put cooked meat on half the dough.
Fold over and pinch the edges firmly. Fry in deep fat until brown.
Put in lined pan and cover until ready to serve.
Serve hot.
