Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. milk, hot
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Kraft Cracker Barrel sharp cheese (yellow)
    potatoes
Preparation
    Peel, cube (bite size) and parboil the potatoes. Grease baking dish or bowl. In microwave, heat milk, margarine, flour and cheese until melted and hot.
    Stir occasionally.
    Put hot sauce in blender and blend until smooth.
    Pour hot sauce over hot potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or
    until bubbly and with good color.
