Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts, cooked and cut into pieces
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. uncooked rice, cooked until tender in chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts
    3/4 c. slivered almonds
    4 hard-cooked eggs, diced
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix ingredients; place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    During last 4 minutes, top with crushed potato chips and 1 cup shredded cheese.
