Wheat Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine or butter
    1 c. or 1/2 c. honey (personal taste)
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk or buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. wheat flour
    1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    1 c. chocolate chips (optional)
    1 medium banana, mashed (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Line cupcake tins with paper cupcake liners. In large bowl, mix margarine, sugar and eggs; beat well. Add the milk and vanilla; blend. Stir in flour, oats, soda and salt; mix well. Add optional items if desired. Spoon batter into cupcake liners. Bake for 20 minutes, then test center to see if done. Remove and let cool slightly. Remove from tins; let cool completely or enjoy while still warm.
