Cheese And Spinach Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen, chopped spinach
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. Blue cheese dressing
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    8 oz. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain.
    Beat eggs, cheeses, dressing, butter, garlic and corn muffin mix.
    Add spinach and stir.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Appetizer can be made and frozen before baking for later use.
