Beef And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 onion
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. raw rice (Minute variety)
    seasoning to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken and rice soup
    1 can water
    1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in butter or margarine.
    Mix together the meat, soups, water and seasonings.
    Pour into a 9 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Crumble potato chips on top; bake another 15 minutes.
    (Buttered bread crumbs can be substituted for potato chips.)
