One Hour Scranton Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 lb. ripe tomatoes, blanched and peeled
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. red peppers, chopped
2 c. green peppers, chopped
3 c. apples, chopped, or 1 c. applesauce
2 c. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 Tbsp. salt
1 can tomato paste
Preparation

Put all ingredients, except the tomato paste, in a pot; boil for
1/2 hour.
Add the tomato paste.
Boil for 1/2 hour, then put in jars.
