Dirt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large pkg. Oreo cookies or chocolate sandwich cookies
1 c. melted butter
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 large pkg. chocolate instant pudding, prepared

Preparation

Crush cookies and mix well with melted butter.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
