Marshmallows And Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (30 oz.) can sweet potatoes
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. marshmallows (miniatures)
1/2 c. pecans
1 stick butter or oleo
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
Preparation

Drain potatoes.
Mash well in a mixing bowl and add chopped nuts.
In small saucepan, melt butter or oleo.
Add sugar, spice and honey.
Pour into mashed potatoes; mix well.
Place in ovenproof clear bowl on center rack at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Remove and top with marshmallows; return to oven.
Watch closely as marshmallows will brown quickly.
