Mexican Eggrolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. eggroll wrappers
    1 jar sliced jalapenos
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cut your cheese in blocks, of approximately 1 x 3 inches.
    Put 2 slices of jalapenos on the cheese side by side.
    Fold eggroll wrapper around it and when you get to the last corner, seal it with a small amount of water along the edge.
    Drop into a heated deep fryer and cook until golden brown.
    (Do not overcook as the cheese will run out into the deep fryer.)
    You may top these with salsa or a topping of your choice.
