Broccoli And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 rows Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 sticks oleo, melted
    1 to 2 boxes frozen broccoli, chopped
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Mix together crushed crackers and melted oleo; pat into a 7 x 11-inch glass dish (save some for topping).
    Partially cook broccoli.
    Put topping on top of cracker crumbs.
    Add chunks of Velveeta cheese (at least 1 pound).
    Add topping that you saved. Bake at 350\u00b0, covered with foil, for approximately 20 minutes. Uncover and bake approximately 20 minutes longer.
    Ooooooh, it's so good.
