Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1-inch thick)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    3 large potatoes, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Use a 9 or 10-inch baking dish.
    Layer potatoes, onion and pork chops.
    Repeat with remaining.
    Mix mushroom soup and water; pour over pork chop layers.
    Salt and pepper.
    Bake, covered, 45 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake 15 minutes more.
