Neck Bones And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. pork neck bones
    1 pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked
    1 onion, chopped
    1 rib celery, sliced
    pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, prepared according to directions on can
Preparation
    Boil neck bones for 1 to 2 hours, until meat falls off the bone, in water that contains onion, celery and pepper.
    Drain and mix with the noodles and soup.
    Good with slaw.
