Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 lb. sweet bread and butter pickles
2 large tomatoes
1/2 large green sweet pepper
1/2 c. heaping mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. pickle juice
1/2 large onion
1 lb. mild sausage
Preparation

Mix and bake cornbread.
Cook and crumble sausage.
Crumble as it cooks; drain off grease by pouring water over it, to get all of it.
Chop pickles, tomato, onion and pepper.
Add mayonnaise and pickle juice.
Stir in sausage.
Add cornbread. Toss.
