Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. thawed, sliced frozen strawberries
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/4 c. broken pieces
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Stir in eggs, strawberries and oil and mix well.
    Add pecans.
    Pour into two well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake for about 1 hour or until bread tests done.
    Cool in pan for 5 minutes and then cool on wire rack.
    Yields 14 to 16 slices per loaf.
    Freezes well.
