Mince-Walnut Pie - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 (28 oz.) jar mincemeat
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat eggs.
Combine sugar, flour and salt; gradually stir into eggs.
Add butter, walnuts and mincemeat; mix well.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0; bake 50 minutes longer, or until filling is slightly puffed and firm.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
