Red Kidney Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can red kidney beans
1 green pepper
1/2 to 1 onion (depends on preference)
vinegar
salt and pepper for flavor
Preparation

Drain kidney beans and place in a shallow bowl.
Slice green pepper into strips.
Cut onion up into strips.
Add vinegar so that beans, peppers and onions can marinate.
Add salt and pepper for flavor.
