Pork Chops In Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Dijon mustard
6 loin chops or boneless
5 Tbsp. butter
1 large onion, thinly sliced
4 Tbsp. flour
1 can beef consomm
1 c. half and half
1 tsp. dill weed
Preparation

Spread mustard on both sides of chops. Saut in butter until brown. Remove from pan. Saut onion in drippings. Add flour and stir. Blend in consomm. Add half and half and dill weed. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook over low heat for 55 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
