Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can salmon, undrained
1 egg, beaten
large handful Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix ingredients (with hands).
Make into patties or balls. Fry in small amount of oil until browned.
Don't overcook.
