Chicken 'N Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken (remove skin if watching cholesterol)
    1 c. rice
    1 pkg. dried onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    In large buttered casserole dish, place 1 cup rice and package of dried onion soup.
    In another pot, bring to a boil 2 1/2 cups water, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 3 chicken bouillon cubes. Pour over rice and dry soup mix.
    Add chicken pieces on top and dot with margarine chunks.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
