Oven Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets or steaks
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted oleo
    salt and pepper
    onion powder
    garlic powder
    paprika
Preparation
    Season fish well with seasonings at least 1 hour before.
    Dip fish in milk, then crumbs.
    Place in well-greased baking pan; season.
    Drizzle oleo over fish and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes.
