Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. sausage
1 or 2 c. Minute rice
1 medium onion, chopped
1 qt. tomato juice
1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Mix the above, using enough juice to mix all ingredients together.
Run hot tap water over cabbage to soften, then roll meat mixture and wrap in cabbage leaves.
Pour rest of the juice over cabbage rolls and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Baste occasionally.
