Rice Cream Gravy For Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chicken drippings
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 c. half and half
Preparation
    Pour drippings into a 4 cup measure.
    Microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes or until hot.
    Stir in flour, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper until well blended.
    Slowly blend in milk and cream. Microwave on High for 5 to 8 minutes until thickened.
    Serve with Oven-Baked Chicken.
    Yield:
    2 cups gravy.
