Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 oz. cottage cheese
1 (6 oz.) lime jello
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Combine cottage cheese and dry jello.
Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip, nuts, coconut and crushed pineapple.
Chill at least 2 hours until firm.
Can use low-fat cottage cheese.
