Fammie'S Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweetened applesauce
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
5 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spoon applesauce in buttered baking dish.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add the beaten egg.
Add milk and vanilla.
