Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium Irish potatoes
1 tsp. salt
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 c. chopped pickle
2 green peppers
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. chopped pimento
Preparation

Cut potatoes in rather large squares.
Boil until tender, about 20 minutes.
Drain and cool.
Mix all ingredients together and add the salad dressing.
Be careful not to overcook or mash the potatoes while mixing.
Serves 10 to 12.
