Pecan Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter or oleo
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    4 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. milk
    1 lb. pecans
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, 1 at a time, and beat after each one. Add other ingredients and blend well. Pour in tube pan; bake 1 1/2 hours at 275\u00b0.
