Ham And Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. ham, cooked and finely chopped
    1/2 c. cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Stir into dry ingredients until just moistened.
    Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 16 to 18 minutes or until done.
