Lime Float Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed (undiluted)
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (undiluted)
    3 c. ice cold water
    3 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 qt. lime sherbet
    1 small can crushed pineapple (if desired)
Preparation
    Stir all the ingredients together, except the sherbet, until the sugar is dissolved.
    Chill.
    At serving time, pour the mixture into punch bowl.
    Add large spoonfuls of sherbet and stir lightly so little of sherbet melts.
    Serves 12.
