Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    celery
    10 oz. mushrooms
    1 green pepper
    10 oz. shrimp
    10 oz. lobster meat
    butter
    1/2 c. flour
    salt
    pepper
    4 c. milk and cream milk
    1/2 lb. cheese
    1/2 lb. scallops
Preparation
    Saute onion (white or green), 1 stalk celery and mushrooms (if desired) in 3 tablespoons of butter.
    Add green pepper, shrimp and cooked lobster meat.
    Set aside.
