Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. Minute rice
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Place soup, water, onion, celery and rice in baking dish.
    Lay chicken in, skin side up.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
