Leftover Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sausage (mild, hot or 1 lb. each)
10 slices bread
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
10 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 c. milk
Preparation

Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cook sausage until done.
Drain sausage.
Tear bread up and put in bottom of pan.
Then layer sausage, cheese, sausage and cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard and pour over sausage and cheese.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
