Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 turkey breast, cooked
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. mustard, spiced or plain
    1 small onion, minced
    1 celery stalk, minced
    1/2-1 c. relish
Preparation
    Cut chunks of turkey breast and process in food processor. Onion and celery can also be processed.
    Mix together.
    Each ingredient can be adjusted to taste.
    Salt and pepper to taste. This is good on crackers or stuffed in mini pita pockets.
