Georgia Pecan Pie(Two Pies) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. coconut
1/2 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
16 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Brown pecans, coconut and butter.
Set aside.
Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip.
Pour cream cheese mixture into 2 baked pie shells.
Top with nut mixture.
Drizzle warm caramel ice cream topping over pies.
Freeze.
Has to be frozen.
Thirty to thirty-five minutes before serving, remove from freezer.
Keeps up to 6 months.
