Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm frozen puff pastry shells
    1 lb. large shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter or olive oil
    1 (1.8 oz.) pkg. white sauce mix
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. green onions
    1 1/2 c. quartered cherry tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
Preparation
    Bake pastry shells according to package directions.
    In a medium saucepan, cook shrimp and garlic in butter until lightly browned.
    Add sauce mix; blend in milk, green onions, tomatoes and basil.
    Bring to a boil, stirring.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes until shrimp is thoroughly cooked.
    Spoon mixture into warm pastry shells.
    Makes 6 servings.
