Pork Chops And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    3 apples
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. mustard
    dried onion flakes
Preparation
    Brown pork chops and drain
    off
    fat.
    Slice
    3
    peeled apples in bottom of baking dish.
    Add
    1
    cup
    of\tcelery\tand dried onion.
    Mix brown sugar and
    mustard.
    Add 1/2 cup water to sugar mixture and stir.
    Pour
    half of mustard over celery. Add pork chops and remainder of mustard mix.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
