Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 stick margarine, melted
2 large eggs
1/2 c. coconut
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. pecans
1 pie shell, unbaked
Preparation

Mix melted margarine and sugar; let cool to room temperature. Beat eggs slightly and add to margarine.
Mix.
Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Pour into pie shell and bake 30 to 40 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
