Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick melted butter or margarine
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained or undrained
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans beef consomme soup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Stir together so well blended.
    Bake uncovered.\tQuick, easy and especially good with beef and barbecue chicken.
