Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Combine pineapple juice with 1 cup water; bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat; stir in 2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry jello until dissolved.
    Add cranberry sauce, 3 tablespoons lemon juice and lemon peel.
    Chill until slightly thickened; stir in sour cream and pineapple.
    Chill until firm, at least 2 to 3 hours.
