Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sharp cheese, cut into chunks
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    10 slices white bread (crusts removed)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Divide the ingredients in half and process in the blender on high speed.
    Pour mixture into a greased, uncovered, 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes. This can be prepared a day ahead.
