Angel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 c. chocolate bits
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. hot water
1 c. heavy whipped cream
Preparation

Beat egg whites stiff.
Sift cream of tartar and sugar together; add gradually to beaten egg whites.
Beat until smooth.
