Ground Beef With Sour Cream And Dill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    6 medium carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. dried dill
    noodles of choice
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions in skillet. Drain. Transfer to crock-pot. Add carrots, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. Stir in sour cream and dill. Cook 5 minutes. Serve on hot cooked noodles.
