Sour Potato Noodle Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. paprika, salt and pepper
eggs (as many as desired)
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 slices soft bread
1 onion, finely chopped
2 qt. water (approximately)
1 bay leaf
4 large potatoes
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. noodles
Preparation

Saute onion in butter until golden brown.
Add flour and brown well, stirring constantly.
Add water a little at a time, stirring constantly.
Then add as much water as desired or at least two quarts.
Add paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
Add bay leaf.
Cut potatoes in small chunks and add.
Cook until potatoes are tender.
