Vicki'S Favorite Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks carrots, finely chopped
    2 sticks celery, finely chopped
    2 c. 2% milk
    1 onion, chopped
    8 potatoes, cubed and peeled
    1 stick oleo
    1 large can chicken broth
    5 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute everything chopped.
    Add chicken broth.
    Boil until all is soft; add milk and potatoes until soft.
    Shut off heat; let cool.
    Add the sour cream.
    Stir well and serve.
