Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless chicken breasts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts in a greased baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place the sauerkraut over the chicken and top with slices of cheese.
    Pour dressing evenly over all.
    Cover with foil and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 90 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
